Education & Certifications

Our team maintains active CPA licensure with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and the Certified Internal Auditor designation from The Institute of Internal Auditors, and completes continuing professional education for both each year — so the firm stays current on tax law, accounting and review standards, and internal audit practice.

Every CPA firm that performs accounting engagements in Texas is required to undergo an independent peer review under the AICPA Peer Review Program, administered here by the Texas Society of CPAs. Another CPA firm examines our engagement work against professional standards and issues a rating of pass, pass with deficiencies, or fail.

Our most recent review, dated August 21, 2026, covered engagements with periods ending during the year ended October 31, 2025 and concluded that nothing came to the reviewer's attention causing them to believe the work was not performed and reported on in conformity with applicable professional standards in all material respects. The firm received a rating of pass — the highest rating available.
